Calavera Media Summer Internship Application Now Open!
Are you a student passionate about media? Calavera Media is excited to announce our Summer Internship Program! This is a great chance to get hands-on experience in film production, marketing, and event planning. Work with industry professionals and build skills to start your film or media career.

Date Range: June 18 to August 16
Monday - Friday 10am - 4pm ( 2 day minimum)

Non-paid (paid options through the Sueños program for students who qualify)

Video Intern
Help with filming, editing, and sharing videos. Learn to use Adobe Premiere Pro and work on projects with the Podcast Intern.Podcast Intern
Assist in recording and editing our weekly show, “Real Talk.” Learn sound design and audio mixing using Adobe Audition. Work with video projects too!Graphic Design Intern
Create marketing and promotional graphics for print and online. Use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects. Collaborate with other interns for cohesive visuals.Events Intern
Help plan and promote film screenings and networking events. Gain experience in event planning, marketing, and content creation.Marketing Intern
Develop and execute marketing campaigns. Create engaging content for social media, newsletters, and our website. Learn to analyze data to measure the success of our marketing efforts. Work closely with other interns to promote our projects and events.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Eligibility
Open to college students and high school seniors
Must live in Santa Cruz or Monterey County
Available at least 2 days per week, 10am-4pm, Monday to Thursday, and Fridays at 7:00 PM for events
Must have transportation to our office (parking passes available)
